- PlacementPosition the hot tub and heat exchanger on a level, solid surface. Proper alignment
will ensure the heat exchanger's inlet and outlet match the tub's connections precisely.
- Use the provided quick connector fittings to attach the heat exchanger to the hot
tub. Place the drip pan directly beneath the heat coil to catch any residue or water.
- Covering the Coil Secure the protective cover over the heat exchanger coil before proceeding
further.
- Filling the Tub Fill the tub with water to your desired level. It is important that the water level
remains above the warm water inlet at all times to ensure proper circulation and heating
efficiency.
- Starting the Fire Open the lid of the heat exchanger and ignite a small fire using kindling. Once
the initial fire is established, gradually add larger logs to maintain a steady flame.
- Heating Time The water can be heated to a temperature range of 17°C to 35°C within
approximately 2 to 3 hours, using three bags of firewood and maintaining a consistent fire.
- Securing the Lid After adding firewood, close the heat exchanger lid using the lid hook provided
with the unit to ensure safe operation.

- Heat Caution The heat exchanger and connecting hoses can become extremely hot during
operation. Exercise caution, especially around children.
- Child Safety Never leave children unattended near the hot tub or heat exchanger.
- Cleaning Instructions Clean the interior of the hot tub using a soft brush or cloth. Avoid hard
brushes or abrasive materials, as these can damage the protective powder coating.
- Fire Safety Never leave the fire inside the heat exchanger unattended at any time
